Foodie Friday: Chocolate Dipped Cherry Biscotti!
If you like biscotti, this is a nice way to jazz it up for the holidays!
I used my trusty biscotti recipe. I was originally planning to make cherry almond biscotti, but as I was going to get the almonds I realized that my dad had eaten them all… -___-
Once the biscotti were cooled, I dipped them in dark chocolate. I chose dark because it’s a little sweeter, and the cookies themselves aren’t that sweet. You can use any kind of chocolate you like. If you want to be really festive you can use cranberries or cherries, pistachios and white chocolate (red, green and white). You can also drizzle the chocolate instead of dipping. So many possibilities!
