Foodie Friday: Mini Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies!
Peanut butter + chocolate = yes. Put it in a cookie and it’s even better.
I used this recipe with a few changes. Instead of using 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar, I used 1 cup of sugar in the raw, and I also decreased the amount of chocolate chips to 1 cup.
I made them a little smaller, using a little less than a tablespoon per cookie, and because they were smaller they only look about 7 minutes to bake.
Once they’re cool, it’s kind of hard to eat just one!
